We process most orders within 24 hours, but in some cases additional time for verification or processing be required. When an order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to the buyer using the email address provided at checkout and will contain all available information regarding the shipment including tracking information where applicable. For any shipment which is undeliverable due to any of the following reasons: invalid, inaccurate, or otherwise erroneous address information provided by the customer, failure to have a recipient available to receive the package or retrieve it from the carrier after a delivery attempt, refusal by the recipient, or any other delivery failure caused by the action or inaction of the customer or his/her agent(s), in all such cases the buyer agrees to be liable for the initial shipping and handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
Standard delivery normally takes anywhere from 3-7 business days but may be slightly longer in some locations or during outages or peak times. Standard delivery may be by parcel post, ground, or equivalent method.
Express delivery (where available) is normally anywhere from 2-5 business days but may be slightly longer in some locations or during outages or peak times. Express shipping will be via first class, priority mail, or equivalent method.
All delivery time frames are estimates only and are subject to processing lead time. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays where mailing is not possible.

In cases where a customer wishes to cancel an order, the order is subject to the terms of return and exchange only, and must be returned following the terms and procedure for returns and exchanges.
